Iberia Airlines or Iberia Líneas Aéreas de España, apart from being the national airline of Spain is the largest Spanish airline with its base in Madrid. The major shareholders of Iberia Airlines are British Airways, Caja Madrid, Logista, El Corte Inglés and SEPI.

Iberia Airlines itself owns 20 % shares in Clickair, a low-cost airline wit its base in Barcelona as well as Royal Air Maroc’s 0.95% share. Iberia Airlines became a part of the Oneworld Alliance on 1st September 1999 and at present shares partnership with British Airways, American Airlines, Avianca and Grupo TACA. It has also a codeshare contract with Cathay Pacific an Oneworld member, on flights to Hong Kong from London and Amsterdam. Iberia Airlines serves various routes across the world to Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America.
